Fire doors

On this page we detail our range of doors. We have tended to group the doors based on their appearance rather than their performance, and so there are often shared attributes between the ranges. 

Flat Laminate & Veneer

Our flat laminated or veneered range of fire doors has offerings to suit every specification and budget. These ranges offer FD30 and FD60 fire resistance and acoustic dB reduction up to xx dB  

These doors are available in chipboard or cross-block cores and are laminated with in any of the well-known laminate manufacturer’s ranges including Egger, Kronospan, Formica and Polyrey, ensuring a perfect match to any interior décor. 

With a selection of the laminate décors we can also offer matching 3D laminate to the frame, so that the complete doorset achieves perfect harmony with itself and its surroundings.

Alternatively, these doors are available finished in a range of beautiful and natural real wood veneers. Their grain patterns are natural and display variation between doors. These beautiful, natural doors are available lacquered or unlacquered, and frame options form a matching species, paintable or 3D laminated is available to compliment them.

    3D Laminate

    Our 3D laminating capabilities offer the exciting prospect of adding a very hard wearing, and on-trend laminate to panelled and grooved doors. This range encompasses fire doors and non-fire doors, and offers the perfect match to interiors such as kitchens and bathrooms without resorting to paint, or the potential monolith of flat laminates. 

    This category of doors consists of two ranges, grooved doors and panelled effect doors. Our range of standard groove patterns are shown here, and our range of panelled options are shown here. 

    We also offer 3D laminate to the frame, so that the complete doorset achieves perfect harmony with itself and its surroundings.

    Available to FD30(S) to a maximum dimension of 2100 x 826mm. Acoustic performance to 30 dB reduction.

      Panelled doors

      Many projects require panelled doors, for aesthetic purposes and sometimes for heritage reasons, and where there is a requirement for these doors to also function as fire doors a dichotomy presents itself. We offer a range for fire doors in period designs to allow designers to meet the competing requirements in a compliant package.  

      We also offer panelled fire doors modern designs for projects that require them for interior design purposes.

        Paint Grade & Primed Doors

        We offer doors in a paintable finish, these range from panel effect and grooved doors which are smooth primed for the ultimate paint finish, to “paint grade” fire doors with a ply flush face. 

        Flush doors. Our flush door range is shown here, these are available from stock in standard sizes, and bespoke sizing is available with a short lead time. Both interior and exterior grade are available. Groove patterns can be found above.

        Also, many of the designs in our 3D laminate range are also available in a finish ready for painting.
